The most personal creates the most creative spaces

We begin every project with what is most personal to you. We bring your tastes, memories, and personal stories into the space, connecting them with the context of the place. These stories take shape through materials, furniture, objects, and ultimately, the atmosphere of the space.
Like Michel Foucault’s concept of heterotopia, a single space can hold overlapping layers of different times, experiences, memories, and narratives. We uncover these layers and reconnect them in new ways, creating a heterotopia unique to each project.

Kim Donghyun

Donghyun Kim works across interior design, sculpture, and art. After working in interior architecture in Seoul, he studied Sculpture at the Royal College of Art.
His practice moves between commissioned spaces and self-initiated works, without treating them as separate disciplines.

To him, everything is sculpture.

우리의 모든 프로젝트는 클라이언트의 가장 개인적인 것들로부터 시작합니다. 클라이언트의 취향, 추억, 그리고 개인적인 이야기를 공간으로 옮겨와 장소의 맥락과 연결합니다. 이러한 이야기들은 재료, 가구, 오브제, 그리고 궁극적으로 공간의 분위기를 통해 구체화됩니다.

미셸 푸코의 헤테로토피아(Heterotopia) 개념처럼, 하나의 공간에는 서로 다른 시간과 경험, 기억과 이야기가 중첩되어 존재할 수 있습니다. 우리는 이러한 층위를 발견하고 새롭게 연결하여, 각 프로젝트만의 헤테로토피아를 만들어갑니다.

김동현

김동현은 인테리어 디자인, 조각, 예술의 경계를 오가며 작업합니다. 서울에서 인테리어 건축 분야의 실무를 경험한 후, 영국 왕립예술학교(Royal College of Art)에서 조각을 공부했습니다. 그의 작업은 의뢰받은 공간과 독립적인 작업 사이를 오가며, 이들을 서로 분리된 영역으로 구분하지 않습니다.

그에게 모든 것은 조각입니다.
